• What age group is this aimed at?
  Anyone from 18 to 80!
• Do I need to have a property portfolio already?
  No, but we will not be spending much time on the basics of property investment so it would be helpful for you to already understand the “why” so that we can concentrate on the “how”.
• Do I need a certain amount of ready cash?
  No. The most important thing is to create the correct wealth mind set, from which you will be able to eliminate this obstacle and discover many ways of raising capital. So, if you have been to property seminars before but have been left stuck at this hurdle, then this seminar is for you!
• Who is it for/aimed at?
  It is for anyone that wants to make the most of the opportunities in 2009, for those that can't wait for an "upturn", those that were about to embark on their property investment adventure and got cold feet, those that have started building their portfolio and want to learn how to expand it in the current climate, and those that feel they have reached their limits and need inspiration!
• Will you be covering the basics?
  If you don't know the basics but wish to learn then we can help you over time. However, you don't necessarily need to know the basics in order to profit from many types of investment, but you must trust those that you invest with! As long as you have a desire to learn and are passionate about creating wealth for the good of yourself, your friends and family, and the community in general, then you only need one of the following elements - spare time, spare money, access to people with spare time or money, or a talent - 
  We are intending to establish a forum for delegates to network with each other in order that those that wish to collaborate will have the ability to seek assistance from other like-minded people in their area(s) of weakness.
• Is this just a showcase for other “paid for” services?
  This is definitely not one of those seminars where you only get a taster and have to part with more money to get to the "real" secrets. There are other modules for those that want to continue to learn and we would highly recommend completing both modules 1&2, but the next one you attend will be offered at the same price or lower. The residential weekend option is an intensive course designed for a small group and is therefore priced accordingly, but this is complementary to our seminars and for those requiring a more tailored and personal touch. We only have a very limited number of places and so it is not practical for everyone to attend. We will therefore be making all offers and services available to all delegates regardless of which or how many events they have attended.
• Information is all well and good but what practical help will I get?
  We intend to offer on-going support and practical help to all our delegates so there will be various real-life opportunities offered on the day and subsequently, including syndicates and managed investments for those that prefer a less hands-on approach.
• What if I don't believe in Metaphysics?
  You probably don't know what it is, so: What is Metaphysics?
  The study of the fabric of matter and the laws that govern its creation. Used in the context of wealth, it simply means using the most efficient and effortless formulae for creating residual income!
